I’m still WFH taking 2 hour lunches, watching TV and laying on the couch most of the time. I get my real work done from 8-12 and then break out for lunch, come back around 2 and basically play clean up and prepare my schedule for the next day. I ain’t worried about a thing. I manage 150+ corporate accounts as the Point of Contact for the clients, as long as I keep them happy, my job does not bother me.
I mean, really, the bolded is the key.
I'm pretty efficient at my job, so I knock out what should be an hour of work in about 20 minutes, and just chill until I see there's something else that needs my attention. Works out so that I can fukk around and spend half my day doing whatever I want, while never falling behind on work. No one ever questions me.
