Yeah, he turned one of the perennially worst franchises in the league into a winning team/organization, but other than that he didn't do shyt.

Marvin Lewis turned the Bengals into a winning organization too. Yet people want him fired. Listen you're right Mark deserves another chance. But the fact that Steve kerr came in, made 2 changes to the starting lineup. implemented a team friendly system and they won 73 games. To me, it makes Mark Jackson look worse. We all know he wasnt fired for basketball reasons. It was personal- firing assistants. not getting along with front office. But when you look at the Warriors under jackson and now under Kerr. It makes you question what the hell Mark was thinking.

Mark Jackson and isn't the right guy to make the point with but there is something to be said about the fact that the media almost never portrays black coaches as genius strategists.

I do think Stevens is a great coach though so no need to sully his name.

Wolves should be smart and hire Thibs instead.

I actually think he'd be a good hire for the t wolves. He can get the most out of the young talent and he can get the team keyed in defensively. I know people question his play calling but maybe he can adjust to the evolving NBA.

at least their interviewing a minority candidate, did they just essentially fire their black gm and let go the black interim coach.
