How do we solve the real issues? Seems like that argument is always made as a deflection tactic. The Maher & Stewart problem is easy to fix, they simply can't say it and that's that.
The real issues will take years to fix, best way is through generational wealth and kindgarten.
1) If I was in a position of power, I would do this for the upcoming generation. Black couples having a baby when they are in their third trimester of pregnancy have a workshop where mothers and fathers are taught that children need to have an extensive vocabulary before they enter kindegartden so they can compete with the world. Parents talk their children every minute of the day, even if they don't understand speak and describe everything in detail.
By the age of 3, can predict with 92% certainty if a child will graduate high school and attend university and get an undergraduate degree. The importance of education in the first three years of life is crucial. Learned this as a math teacher. This program can be done state to state very easily implemented.
2)This is what I learned from working in finance industry. Money which turned into wealth which is "everything". Black people do not save and have followed white people with paying for things with debt. If black people just had a save rate of 10% could control a lot more things in America and the world. A savings rate of 30% we would control our destiny permanently. Have to combine the saving rate with the ability to invest in assets class. Stocks, bonds, commodities and art. Only 67% of black people who are making 50k and above invest. That needs to be damn near 90% across the board.
3) Needs to be a fukking sticky thread with black business around the world in thecoli so we can start supporting our own. Until I see that in thecoli everything else is just fukking smoke and could give two fukks about what some white person defiantly says in private about black people and occasional forgets where they are and says it in public.
