Also Kelp/Dulse powder is great for adding fishy taste.

If you want to add some eggy taste to your scrambled tofu or w/e, get some Indian Black salt or Kala Namak

If you don't got no Injera, just eat it with rice.

Also try following proper food combining to see how your digestion works. I was doing bad food combination for a while eating things that didn't go together right and was wondering why sometimes I'd feel sluggish even though I'm eating "healthy"

Not necessarily. If I'm going to work out I want more carbs. The maple sugar is obviously not something I have every day.

Basically the only benefit of meat diet is the protein. The problem is the meat most people consume in the US is disgusting.

I can get my protein from soy products, beans, legumes, and eggs. I also eat fish too.

I'm a guy that in the gym 4-5 days a week.

chicken and steak for me is a must.

I also get my protein from plants, I eat a ton of lentils, and nuts but to get the amount of protein i need meat is a must.

Thank me later brehs.....you can find this at walmart.

I just finished a bag like a week ago. Bought mine from wal mart and had it sitting in the freezer for a good minute. Made some pasta and lentil potato curry with it over that week.

I'm hoping to go on a Raw Vegan diet in the next few months, my family is hella worried cuz I'm already skinny AF :lolbron:
I just feel way more alive when I stick to eating only Fruits and Veggies :manny:
If I feel comfortable being Raw Vegan then I'm gon stick to it for life :ehh:

Forreal, I can't understand imitation meat stuff, it defeats the purpose of being vegan to me..

I've been a vegetarian for 2 years now officially.

I've been cutting back on the fake processed/soy meat products. I see nothing wrong with anyone using these types of products as a meat substitute, especially if you are transitioning to a vegan/vegetarian lifestyle. Depending on your reasons for not eating meat, it's a better alternative, in proper moderation.

:hubie: I haven't had it for months. I had the beyond meat burgers, and they taste great. But like it says in the article you posted their ingredient list is longer and as artificial as Quorns.

Since this is a meatless diet thread let me shot out My favorite protein powder, Plantfusion's cookies & creme

Also big shot out to the Gods over at OrganicPower :salute:

it tastes great, and it goes good with everything. I add it to quinoa, pasta, rice, soups and it always blends well
