Men are always attracted to looks above all else first, and it is very possible that a hoodrat can look good. I've liked a few looks wise, I wont lie. But between 2 similarly attractive women (visually) with one being a full on hoodrat and the other not a hoodrat, then whichever one a man picks depends on how much they like having unnecessary problems and drama - which would only be a minority of men.
Women on the other hand I've noticed arent necessarily attracted to men the more violent/hood they are, but prefer them because they usually come equipped with traits that women are attracted to like confidence, (false sense of) security, exciting lifestyles, are usually locally popular (or notorious) and aren't loners.
All things that they can also find in non-hoodrat men too, just that they're among the groups most likely to have those traits.
