Working out in Highschool is/was the GOAT feeling.

Newbie gains compounded by your body being drowned in testosterone:ohlawd:

I been working out since 12/13 and it’s a lil harder in my 30s. Lot more setbacks and definitely don’t feel as limitless as back then but I’m more fundamentally sound now and efficient

Nah, no reason to deflect, I'm like 165 soaking wet and have never had to worry about my weight :yeshrug: just don't see a need to talk shyt to people who do

“Working out” is what you do when you have no better option.

I tried it when I was younger…I belonged to a gym and chit. It felt stupid running in place and picking up stuff just to put it back down.

I reasoned that my Dad, Grandpops, and my uncles never talked about going to no gym, and they seemed to be alright…
so I did what they did: I got a job where I had to lift/carry heavy things and was on my feet walking most of the day.
Seemed to work. Currently in the best shape of my life. Thanks for asking.

Hopefully your back and knees hold up though  if I was 35+ working manual labor I'd be worried about eventually having back/knee problems

But that said I can't blame you, I do get tired of sitting at a desk all day. Usually I just hit the treadmill a couple times a week.
