Same when it comes to fitness. Weights is good for some, not for others as they do better with walking, swimming or something else.

You've really got to tailor it to your own frame but the most important thing is keeping the lymph moving as it hasn't got a pump, requires motion and is an essential component of health that many miss.

Buy yourself a skipping rope or do some handstands and watch your health come along in leaps and bounds as this aspect is wildly underrated.

Working out in Highschool is/was the GOAT feeling.

Newbie gains compounded by your body being drowned in testosterone
:ohlawd:

I been working out since 12/13 and it’s a lil harder in my 30s. Lot more setbacks and definitely don’t feel as limitless as back then but I’m more fundamentally sound now and efficient
:blessed: This is such FACTS.. SOOO many benefits from working out in high school, I recommend it soo much to the youngins around me..

6 days and 7 days of some sort of activity since I turned 36 (5 years ago now) and haven't looked back, can't imagine not being active especially as I get older. Whole lifestyle changed after entering the 36 chamber of life

That's the key. I always tell people it's easy to listen to how someone else does things, but ultimately it's about your bodies response. It's also about lifestyle and longevity. Too many times people try to "crash" or go super hard like they're up against the clock, which only results in them blowing up. If I'm being honest I could probably take on more calories then I do.

The pandemic really threw me off when the gyms closed but I’m back and building a home gym :ohlawd:

And I moved into a house with a nice walkable neighborhoods, and they are still currently installing the walking trails :ohlawd:

Can’t wait for the spring and summer.

Apple Watch always on too. Never falling off.
