My joints bruh..

"Regular physical activity can keep the muscles around affected joints strong, decrease bone loss and may help control joint swelling and pain. Regular activity replenishes lubrication to the cartilage of the joint and reduces stiffness and pain."

lazy fat nikka excuses always contradict science

i goto a Mediterranean spot around one of my client's office every other day...

i ask for the same shyt... minus rice/pita all the time...

it's easy if you have any sense of self control
I went to this spot in Highland a few years ago. Swore off that shyt. Had Indian food after that shyt and it was good. I'm a sushi nikka now though. Don't judge me

I don't work out bc I have a career, then a wife, then kids, then a house to tend to...

Kids keep me moving tho.

And don't tell me I can fit it in...I can't bc I also need my time to booze...
I have all of these things, so I don't even have time to go to the gym.

I do make sure that I try and hoop once a week and do some exercise circuits on YouTube though.

That said, I have the type of genetics where people think I'm in the gym all the time, so I don't prioritize it.

Health is wealth. Don’t be 50 years old and broken down like these cacs here in Australia. The black man and women are meant to be strong and virile into old age.

I’m in my mid 30s and have been going since 15. You wobble sometimes but you can always return to what is familiar in terms of health and fitness. Don’t need to just pump weights but get your heart and body strong. I get tired of reading about our people dying at 55 because of lifestyle habits

Hasn't been my experience. :yeshrug:

Pushups started hurting my wrists when I was in college and it was downhill ever since . I used to work out heavy.

were you using palms to ground or pushup handles?

there techniques to avoid this...

throwing away an exercise because you lack the knowledge to do it effectively is not the wave

Proper technique ?? Why didn't I think of that ??

I could have saved myself a lot of time and money doing pt and seeing sports med and orthopedics if I had just logged onto the Coli.

ok... so what exercises did they give you to handle the same muscle groups that pushups isolate?

how many of yall have professional jobs with wife and kids in this thread just wondering
this excuse needs to stop....

30 min daily workout can be done with all of the above

there is no excuse other than lack of self control
