How can the next person explain the actions of the select few woman you're choosing to validate your sentiments?

If as a man you know the laws that govern the land shouldn't you take every precaution to ensure you aren't entrapped by it?

No. A man should be able to know the consequences, still fukk up and then be absolved of all responsibility.

Some of these dudes man...I'm gonna have to pray for them. :snoop:

These are the same drinking and driving ass nikkas who want to be let go for their INFRACTIONS :pacspit: man up

no its more like saying if a man drinks and drives he's going to jail but a woman can drink and drive and she can opt out of jail and even get a monthly check, housing, and assistance if she so chooses.

again you're condemning the man, what about the woman?

this is a text book example of how the most mature posters on this forum conduct arguments. they see an a point being made that they don't agree with and instead of acknowledging its validity even if they don't agree they dismiss it as buffoonery and suggest people that make arguments they don't agree with should be silenced.

everyone pay attention to this wonderful example of message board posting at its finest.

Validity or stupidity? :comeon:

Exactly!

:smh: @ complaining about 12% out of 100% (financially).

Paying child support will never compare to physically, mentally & emotionally raising a child 24/7/365

Threads such as this one make absolutely no sense & usually made by an individual who has never endured what they feel the need to complain about.

Yet, it goes to show the quickest way to hurt a man is via his pockets.

There is validity to the OP's line of thought. It just goes against your beliefs and ideology when it comes to this topic.

The argument is not, and to my knowledge from reading this thread, never a financial argument. The issue solely lies in "choice" and who has the power of choice.

I don't think anybody would even attempt to compare the payments of child support to the actual duties of raising a child 24/7.

I think everybody is in agreement with you on these points, but I feel like we're digressing from the argument when we bring these things up.

The primary argument is that he decided to have sex unprotected and so he has given her 100% decision making ability when she becomes pregnant. It would be a different pretense if it went as follows

1) If man gets girl pregnant, she is going to have the baby
2) man gets girl pregnant
3) therefore she is going to have the baby

But that's not what the OP is trying to state. The OP is saying

1) If man gets girl pregnant, girl has 100% decision on whether to keep or abort
2) man gets girl pregnant
3) therefore girl has 100% decision on whether to keep or abort.

It's all about choice, and as I mentioned earlier, certain arguments fall apart if the women decides to have an abortion when the man knew the risks, got the girl pregnant and actually wanted to have the baby.

Something to think about.

If she has custody of the child while i pay child support please tell me how she got a "Get out of jail free card"?

Are you even listening to yourself anymore?

Validity or stupidity? :comeon:
please explain how me arguing the fact that when we have two people in a situation it takes both to create. one of the sides is given an opt out at any moment and the other is given no option but to accept the other's decision is totally unfair and should be changes so both sides can opt out at any moment is stupid.

we're not fukkin cave men. we live in a world where just because you have sex doesn't mean you have to have a child. pregnancy can be prevented. so your argument that sex causes pregnancy is neither here nor there because technology has separated the two so that they can be had independent of each other.

a woman can get pregnant without sex and sex can be had with no pregnancy as a result. if an accident occurs a man should not be subject to her decision. its her body and her baby so if she decided to ignore his wishes and do her own thing let it be just that her own thing and let it be on her own. let her face that down and accept it.

What if the "man" is actually a boy and the mother of his children is actually a "rapist". Should he still be allowed to pay? :yeshrug: I don't think so but the current system allows it. The current system allows such abuses to take place everday in the family court system, I think legal paternal surrender could bring more equity. You don't want to have a situation where one party has all the power, and the other has no choice but to acquiesce to that power.

Why do dudes on here act like $$$$ is enough to replace the role of a parent? WHY?

Its swaggless dudes who dont have a clue but talk like they know the deal, just likehis last thread about stay at home moms.

All I want to know is how is 12% of my salary more than having to raise a child by yourself or even having it in your company? If the female has custody she is PAYING as well with time and energy, you dudes will die a life filled full of fapping and loneliness thinking like this

please explain how me arguing the fact that when we have two people in a situation it takes both to create. one of the sides is given an opt out at any moment and the other is given no option but to accept the other's decision is totally unfair and should be changes so both sides can opt out at any moment is stupid.

Please tell me what breaks the woman gets having to raise that child, please I beg you?

If you were that smart we wouldnt be having this conversation

Independent costing how much and with what morals. Come on dude you are backpedaling now. Sex done the right way and the wrong way does cause pregnancy whats your problem?

a woman can get pregnant without sex and sex can be had with no pregnancy as a result. if an accident occurs a man should not be subject to her decision. its her body and her baby so if she decided to ignore his wishes and do her own thing let it be just that her own thing and let it be on her own. let her face that down and accept it.

fukkboy there needs to be an ejaculation for this to happen.... Sperm banks absolve these issues

its a legal obligation to something i do not want that was forced upon me.

me having sex is irrelevant because at no point can a woman ever be forced to be a mother or have a legal obligation to a child. this is pre and post sex at every point she has a choice. why shouldn't a man have that same option?

because he had sex? well a woman can have sex and even after that decide not to be a mother so why shouldn't a man also be given that choice?

because....?

The problem I have with people who use the argument "if he didn't want to pay for it, he shouldn't have helped make it" . A consent to sex is not the same as a consent to fatherhood. Sex does not carry a promise to proceate, sometimes it's just a phsyical act people do for pleasure and nothing else. Other times, it's just peoples means of income . If a man pays to sleep with a stripper at a male bachelor party obviously the intent here is not fatherhood but a business transaction.

I don't think sex workers should be able to hold their clients accountable for getting them pregnant due to the nature of the work they've chosen. If that were truly the case, there would be no legal case for abortion if all sex entailed procreative purposes.

Sex has context.

If you swap semen with the bytch you got what you deserved plain and simple. If you arent smart enough to beat natures way of procreating you deserve to be railroaded by the system

No they shouldnt but at the the same time they should do everything in their power to PREVENT it happening and you should do the same for ther reasons than procreating

think less of me. go ahead. but i dont think there is a man capable of dealing with me + raising our children.... so therefore i came up with this solution. i want kids. and i wanna raise em without a father. many people do this, i wont be the first nor last BUD.

I am going ahead.

You can take or leave the man, but if he wants to be in the lives of his kids, you'd be a foolish bytch to try and stop him. :childplease:
