The order thread is encroaching on passing the halo thread and will be bigger than any single xbox one game thread.
The thread is like 75% posts by xbox stans that havent even played the game.
THE GAME JUST CAME TODAY.
When driveclub came out a review thread was made by an xbox stan.
Xbots took bungie making a game on ps4 as an insult and the destiny review thread was again like 75% xbots delighted it had middling reviews.
But then making threads like "i dont understand why ryse isnt reviewed as well uncharted."
Yall xbots are OBSESSED. Maybe you should play games yourselves instead of letting other people decide your tastes.
cool...now compare those thread titles and the actual content of those threads to "metacritic obsession is harmful to gaming" and what the fukk boy in the article wrote...

Also, I don't care bout none of you nikkas gaming habits....not in the least. I've never made a thread to clown sony or any game they made, that's not my steez. I have clowned you nikkas and some of yall games, but beyond that what you eat don't make me shyt. I'll never sit in front of my computer for hours on end trying to argue which company is better, I don't care for none of that...I have an xbox one, a 360, ps3 and a wii....yall can have that fan boy shyt, just let me enjoy the games I choose to play.

I can understand different tastes, usually games can range from like a 10-7 with that. However, as a person that has said that reviews don't factor into my decision, seeing 4's and other scores makes me wonder what the hell really happened with this game. It was almost as if they waited for the embargo to lift and a constant stream of reviewers playing Hit Em Up hit the net. Conversely, you know a game is good like Forza Horizon when they allow you to review the game two WEEKS before the game drops and to publish your review. Developers and publishers should also be honest about the shyt they put out and not hide features and such.

For what Ryse is, it's bland as a style of game, though I enjoyed the story. When you make a game like that, Ninja Gaiden, DMC and God of War is forever your competition and it should be compared to that, the battle system simply isn't that satisfying. So, as far as gameplay, I can understand shytting on it though it is serviceable. I got hooked on the story. Besides, we expect that type of stuff from most launch games.
It ain't hurting video games, it's hurting video game companies.
Fans get to research products before buying them, this is great for the consumer.
I made a thread about this with embargoed reviews and how that's bad for the consumer, The Order seems like they needed this embargo badly, and yet they didn't have one.
The answer is quite simple
MAKE BETTER GAMES
The premise of this article doesn't even make sense. Some of the biggest risk taking games get great scores (look at all of those indies in the 80s and 90s) and look at all those annual games that score poorly (cod: ghosts, ac:unity). These devs are just mad because they made bad games. Games get what they should get. 80 fukking people telling you your game is trash says something. It's not the reviewers' faults that you made a bad game. Come on. This is absurd.

These sites are great for gamers and might actually turn people onto something new and different.
Game companies mad because these big titles get panned then no one spends 65 plus a season pass on their shyt.
