How much will it cost to maintain?

If the goal is to keep people out, how much will it cost to pay people to guard said wall?

This will be a billion dollar a year ordeal AFTER it's built (if its ever built at all).

Will Mexico also pay the extra border patrol needed to guard it? Will the pay for maintenance?
