My bad. I had them in my head but forgot to put it in the post.

The 80's WEST was too tough????? The 80's west was god awful horrible breh. That alone blows up your narrative.

That 90's Jazz team swept the Shaq-led Lakers with All-Stars Eddie Jones and Nick Van Exel by his side and took Jordan's Bulls to 6. Foh
Did dude say the 80s west was awful?

The 80s Mavs had they stayed together would have eaten in the 90s. Derek Harper on the Mavs was a better player than his old version on the 90s Knicks who depended on him.

:mjlol:

You called the 80s west trash with no backing. The Jazz couldn't sniff the Finals in the 80s because the league was tougher. They needed the 90s in order to go twice.

You should look up Tripuka's scoring stats. He's not a good example of what you're trying to do.
Kelly Tripuka was a great scorer in the 80s who in 88 was an old man on his last legs, yet the league opening doors creating these other teams gave him extra life.

You are a horrible poster

Stop it breh.

The Suns made the WCF in 84 with a fukking 41-41 record.

The Nuggets made it the next year at 47-35.

Before all that, in 1981 BOTH the Rockets and the Kings made the WCF with LOSING RECORDS at 40-42.

Didn't the lakers go to the finals like 9 out of 10 years in the 80s?

Yes:mjlol::mjlol::mjlol:

They were playing teams in the WCF that wouldn't make the playoffs in the East in 2017:mjlol::mjlol::mjlol:

He talmbout it was tougher:mjlol::mjlol::mjlol:
The 80s Mavs with young D Harper, Detlef, Blackman, Aguirre, Perkins wouldn't have made the playoffs in the 90s where an old D Harper, Detlef, Blackmon, Aguirre and Perkins all played in the finals? :ohhh:

Compared to the 80s . Yes the teams at the top of 90s weren't as good.

In the 80s you probably had the 4 goats
86 celtics
87-88 lakers
83 76ers
Bad boys

But compared to this era? Nah

so talent skipped an entire decade? every decade has been an improvement over the previous, until 1980 when the sport was fairly popularized in the US. But you're stating that instead of the talent plateauing, we saw an actual decrease, and then a jump in 2000s?

Doesn't even make sense

Bad boys and Lakers were still around when Jordan won

every week tho? yall scrubs put up this Jordan vs the world topics up every week.

If Jordan played PG (for a full year) he would have averaged a triple double - i think everyone who saw him play at PG knows that.

I can't believe you let this idiot @NYC Rebel off without checking him on Tripuka - lol@ old man legs. The guy was 29 and had just came from playing on a good Jazz team with Karl Malone - and the coach basically ran him out of town (cuz he had a bad attitude) He was previously a 26ppg scorer, a top 50 pistons player.
Again showing @NYC Rebel doesn't know basketball - but regardless...

Kobe stans did this years ago, started discrediting jordan and his era started propping up/overrating up pippen while diminishing shaq & gasol.

Now lebron stans are doing the same some groupie told me bosh wasn't shyt the other day,in reality he really was turned into a role player by lebron which is why bosh scoring average went up 5 ppg after lebron left. They also ignoring lebron since 2010 stay on stacked squads, with better sidekicks and talent than jordan ever had and still can't win as much.

Kelly Tripuka was a waning star.

fukk outta here acting like he was worth making the face of a franchise.

Funny thing is, you made my point about how it was harder in the 80s. If you're gong to say Tripuka was good:

he just came from playing on a good Jazz team with Karl Malone

ask why is it that GOOD JAZZ TEAM INCLUDING HIM couldn't make the finals in the 80s?? :jbhmm:

I'll tell you why....because the league in the 80s was tougher.

You guys are shyt posters
