I would say they could release a version of the One without Kinect to lower the price, but the console really is based around it. (well at least the UI)

Maybe they'll subsidize it with ISPs? I don't know, but if they don't do anything, and Sony drops that 4 in October...



I'm not gonna say they'll be DOA, but the multiplat gamer (the sports guys, COD guys) will see next gen tech in action and probably won't care about waiting to buy the One for 100 more, and will opt for buying the cheaper alternative to play their yearly games.

xbox will end up being 'cheaper' cause they eventually will bundle it with cable/internet subscriptions and/or subsidized w/xbox live

just telling facts.... they already have a subsidized xbox 360 with live... they gon do the same next gen... and with xbox being always online bundling wit a cable susbription makes sense
