With the cancellation of Perfect Dark, yall gon have to take the L. MS is dead, I’m willing to bet Compulsion will be closed next. :francis:

Charge it to the game and join former Stan’s like @Leasy on the pc side :blessed:
I never played the first Perfect Dark which is the "good" one, and these new attempts never looked like anything
So I personally am missing nothing. Sorry if you thought I was devastated but :umad:

And all the joy that people who make games on the Xbox side has lost their jobs is weird. At the very least it confirms who the gamers are
And who the weirdos are :scusthov: I get the jokes, but if you can't tell the difference, the outright delusion that this makes your "console" better
Are they cancelling Gamepass releases? Is everything else still a go? E day? Fable?
Like most gamers, we don't give a shyt about SIM racing games like THAT.
We're real gamers, we want Midnight Street Racing online where I can pickup prostitutes on the side because in that particular gaming universe I'm a sexual deviant :manny: I'd take that over having exact track details on a racetrack in Australia :dahell:
(You can feel the exact bump on the road on the third turn!!!!)
I want first party sports games
Looking towards the future, I'm good on the next version of the same damn game.
To be a PlayStation fan, you want to play the same bullshyt over and over. You're lame
And you act lame on this very website, making a fool of yourselves. You all look like Smash Bros contestants to me

Rent gang, over n out :win:

New Xbox next year, while 6 of you paid $700+ for a Ps5pro :scust:

So many companies bought and killed. At this point I blame the company heads for going with greed. Letting MS take over your shop is a death knell. They just want the IPs to sit on.

Well if we look at it the industry's collapsing. Nobody feels guaranteed to be around besides Nintendo, Sony, MS (as publisher), EA/2K slop, and obviously Rockstar. Everybody else is basically 1 bomb away from getting offered to the highest bidder. It's never been more risky to make games, they've never cost consumers as much, consumers have never been as hard to please. Things can't afford to go on like this forever.

You want to be the publisher owner and get the golden parachute with the buyout and not have to actually work for any of these jackoffs, especially MS. But in certain cases I can see how it seems like the safest bet is just getting bought out and letting MS, Sony etc do whatever with the IP & studios. I don't think we're done with major third parties getting bought and MS won't be buying them all either

Speaking to multiple sources familiar with the project, IGN has learned that Blackbird was to be a new, sci-fi IP. Though it had been in development since 2018, the length of time it was taking to make the game was expected, as ZeniMax was building an entirely new game engine for it.

In the last year, sources tell IGN that pre-production was going well, and the team was actively ramping up in the hope of moving into full production soon. Xbox had approved the scaling up, and some individuals were being moved onto the project from other teams such as The Elder Scrolls Online, as well as some people absorbed from the shuttering last year of Arkane Austin.

One source recalled being told last year by head of Xbox Game Studios Matt Booty in a meeting that Xbox's closures of Arkane Austin, Tango Gameworks, and Alpha Dog Games were done for the purpose of justifying increased headcount for other game studios that needed it, including ZeniMax Online Studios.

In here talking about how Xbox is failing, meanwhile one of PlayStation most praised exclusive is getting published by them on Xbox.

Sony stans told me that these companies only do this when they are struggling and need revenue though, so that can't be the case .
