The streets are not the same. The money is not flowing like it was, the glory is not there anymore. When I say the streets I'm not talking about the areas, I'm talking bout the lifestyle.

there was never no glory.
that was just the urban discovery zone being pr'd.
which made an illusion a lot of people brought into.

this discovery zone was created to capitalize.
on what Keynesian theories to eliminate systematically.
during their next planned economic downfall.

this shyt is all a plan...
there are no coincidences or accidents...

Chuck D also stated that it was done thanks to them removing the socially conscious rapper, because the conscious rapper was aware of these things and were out for Hip Hip's and black people's best interests.

this government eliminated the duality of black men on purpose.
through economic planned strife, and the degradation of the segregation educational programs.
an integral part of that systematic elimination.
also, included the destruction of any type of cerebral nature a black man could create.

they have studied and obtained all the administrative ideas that black men used.
by either investing into them.
or actually taking them down and gaining access to the documents and braintrust.

every possible outcome you could have used as a black man, in systematic consistency.
is completely recognized accounted for and destroyed, beyond repair.

Chicago, is the actual hub and zone where systematic segregation and discarding of Keynesian theories takes place.
since, daley senior conspired with jfk.

this is the main zone, that is studied and then the knowledge is applied.

the record industry destroyed the draw for all music.
when they tampered with rap.
chuck d's prophecy of tampering with rap would cause the destruction of their industry is true.
street rap is not out of style.
the industry just destroyed their channels for profiting from it and all music.

the systematic purging of the urban innercity discoveryzone.
in favor, of the applied knowledge to fully capitalize on those discovery zones is in place.

That's a whole different thread right there.

My whole point was that the street life is less desirable because the reward no long outweighs the risk. nikkas ain't making nowhere near the money they were in the streets back then. The glory and allure has been taken out of the street life because the success rate is at an all time low and the high risk of jail and early death is not worth it. In society it's cooler to be the college student now, or the person working hard tryna achieve their goals or even the hippie type and the person who parties a lot, everything but the average person on the streets. Now the nikka who is really making moves in the streets still have the allure but the music will reflect the rest of society.

The glory was there because u could really make money in the streets. U can't say it wasn't any glory when u still have people reminiscing over street legends like big meech, alpo and rich porter, frank Lucas, etc...

these guys want us to believe people would rather live in poverty than anything else. I cant speak for the cities other than philly, but if youre in the projects or eating oodles and noodles for dinner, youre a super minority. drugs will soon be legal, where will rappers like emcee dope pusher will get his tales?

lol not all drugs are gonna be legal, it's hard enough to get the American govt to legalise weed. there will always be a market for illegal substances

what's so wrong about these weirdo rappers? At least they aren't on wax lying about shyt they never did and glorifying violence and exploiting to make money.

it's like some of these rappers go outside the box people put rappers in (as being nothing but violent drug slinging gangsters) and then people get mad

:mindblown:

if they are THEMSELVES they are "weirdo's" but if they spit ducktale violent coke rhymes they are "real nikkas" :mindblown:

what's so wrong about these weirdo rappers?
Most of them are boring and corny and hide behind their "weirdness" to mask their mediocrity

A rapping dog? A kung-fu nation? Mid 90s Busta Rhymes? Rap at its best was "weird", but it was also GOOD. THAT'S the difference.

and a lot of these street rappers of today do the same and are pretty avg compared to the street rappers of the past. instead of hiding behind their weirdness they hide behind being a "real nikka"

now it makes sense. The street money dried up and even the hard headed people are telling kids to go to college and get an education. The swagged out person these days gets more props than the old ass street nikka.

nah what you're saying is true too. But what I mean is that, there are still people starving and living in poverty out here right now.

Well lets take the weirdo in your avatar as an example. 10 years ago he was Fabolous, doesn't rap about shyt but he makes popular 'swag' music. The difference being that Fab could rap his ass off while ya man is distinctly mediocre in everything, does that answer your question?

okay, so its more so about their skill than them being "weirdos"

got it.

I'm a fan of Fab, but dude can get pretty boring to listen to. id rather listen to Rocky even though lyrically he lacks most of the time.. he has a better delivery, flow and cadence. :yeshrug:

I've always said I don't care what you rap about as long as you're dope when doing it. There have always been wack rappers that will never change but I do agree that more aggressive music is being phased out but I'm not going to big someone up just because he makes that type of music or diss someone because they don't. If you're dope I mess with you if you're not I don't, plain and simple. But even then there has to be something in the music that connects with me
