I will say this, all party dominance is an anomaly. If one candidate can bring everyone together, everyone comes together. Thats how things have always worked in this country and in Maryland.

A Kennedy lost an election in Maryland because she couldnt carry what Glendenning had.

Saying that, even with all of those factors, a democrat should not lose as badly as Brown did. He ran a bad campaign and is a bama on top of it.

I agree. But for the sake of discussion, why does the campaign actually matter? We're supposed to be responsible adults. When it comes to politics, why do we need other people to motivate us to get to the polls? Especially when we know sitting at home empowers the opposition?

The most annoying part is him pretending that they jzust have differences, but they love their country and all that bs. They've sabotaged the economy and the government to regain power. They knew nobody would blame them. The media has been complicit in helping these lunatics, yet Obama laughs it up with them @ those Correspondence dinners. I wanted him to take a stand and refuse to show up. It bothers me how much the man who claimed to bring change to DC, went their and played the same old gms. I still luv him doe :mjcry:

Thing is with the whole "change" movement, the real change (and he's said it multiple times) has to start at the local levels. The amount of dumb fukks who failed government class thinking that the president makes and passes the laws is rediculous.

And he could realy make a "stand" IMO. The last thing his image needed was the "angry/mad black guy". he would not have been president if he was that type of individual. We all know this, so when cats say that I give em the side eye.

But mufukkaz wanna learn the hard way, so let em.

The Dems voter bloc feels disenfranchised. Their not going to go out and vote when current democratic party are a bunch of cowards who don't stick to there guns. The Dems will continue to waddle in water until their party goes through a complete transformation. Blue Dog Dem's aka Clinton Dem's will continue to hold them back.

Its to the point where its better to be perceived as angry than soft and detached. He's not going to be on any ballots any more. I also disagree with rmthe change part. His party had a supermajority in the senate and house for like 2yrs. He focused on health care, only tike will tell if that was worth it. But he had a chamce to bring real change and he didnt do it, I do blame him for that.

Local governments have been sabotaged as well and he rarely mentions it. Thru gerrymandering and diabolical voting laws, they have made it harder for minorities to get true representation. Obama rarely, if at all brings that up. Point is, now its time to get a lil angry. Deval Patrick stands up for himself and was re-elected in one of the most pasty stated in America.

Also, people blaming for repubs taking governorships in liberalbstates need to fall back. Those states are still ran by Democrats. The people just want those democrats in the legislature to be checked a lil. We do that on Cali from time to time

He didn't only focus on healthcare. It was just the most divisive topic. He can't bring change by himself and I do blame the people in his own party for blundering their chance to really make a dent. More importantly, people are extremely resistant to change, especially those in power who benefit by the current system and they made sure that nothing he wanted (Even that watered down Affordable Care Act) held to the vision he had of the act.

To bring real change, it's up to Congress (Fat chance of that happening) but more importantly the people of the country to do what is needed to bring about that change. Electing a minority president was only a start, you gotta work it at the local levels on the ground. It's not happening and didn't happen but mufukkaz won't care until they get supremely shyt on. Mufukkaz gonna keep capin' for these rich fukks and corporations who don't give 2 shyts about you, but everyone swears that they do and you can be like them.

fukk em all.

Democrats were gonna lose anyway, but the reason they lost so big was legit IMO

I have to agree with republicans that at least for the past 2 years Obama has looked incompetent and that is what caused the wave, I think Obama was fine the first 4 but the last couple of years have been horrible, at least impression wise

Let's start with being out maneuvered by Putin in Ukraine, allowing the rise of Isis and Syria, children at the border and this crazy obsession with trying to flood the labor market with 11 million illegal aliens

Obama has given the impression of failing at his basic duty of keeping America safe

And even now his main goal for the year is some executive action to flood the labor market

Me personally I voted republican just off the immigration issue, I'm not even sure what would be the reason to keep democrats in power

I'll give credit to Obama on the economy but I don't think that's enough to win an election when people feel unsafe and feel threatened by the outside

Get back in the exotic bishes thread :camby:

I had forgot how annoying your political views are :noah:

@theworldismine13 u sound like like a fox news pundit. Outmaneuvered by Putin. Why do people think somebody is gonna tell Vlad what to do. Obeezy has weakened their economy, Russian billionaires are feelin a lil tight, and Vlad still aint feeling no pressure. No republican is gonna "Outmaneuver" Putin. :stopitslime:

Now, Obama does need to fall back on that Amnesty bullsh1t.

What issues will Republicanshandle better?

When is Barry's pressee? If hhe's actin like a shook bish, Im done. I need to see some fight
