So we gon pretend DMX ceiling as the next big action star was the same as Will Smiths

...you tell me which rap superstar has the broader appeal
DMX was the action star in films with mostly black cast lets be honest, lets not pretend they was trying to push him as the next Bruce Willis,or Stallone

....He was successful in his demographic just like Mike Epps is,sure they have crossover appeal with maybe some younger/cooler white people too,but comeon breh, that ceiling is there for a nikka like Mike or Dmx when it comes to crossing over or appealing to certain demographics

....And do you remember who Mike Epss played in Hangover,he was hired to be "funny street nikka they copped drugs from #1" lets not pretend he was aaaalll on the movie poster,or aaalll in the movie.
Kevin Harts humor allows him to have a spot on the poster, these is facts bruh

....Its the reality of things,im even saying myself Mike don't have a right to be mad because he knows this and prides himself on being a hood nikka and keeping it gutter...you cant acknowledge that and then be mad your path will be harder when trying to crossover.
I wasn't calling Kevin a c00n if that's how it sounded,i feel like he is being himself and not watering himself down in any way either....The friendly comment was specifically just for that real world example i was giving about something that happens in the workplace...unfriendly people come in all colors

.
But you cant take pride in NOT doing what it may take to get a promotion(ie being friendly, possibly kissing a little azz),then turn around and get mad at the guy who is either naturally friendly or playing the game who got the promotion.
If you really take pride in NOT playing the politics of the game you in,you either say fukk that promotion,be happy with the position you are in,or be so great that SOMEBODY says "Nevermind he aint friendly, but this mans work
"...or become your own boss
Cant ignore the positive things Mike said about Kevin as much as we like to focus on the negative,i think he was speaking in general with a lot of what he was saying too btw.
