NFL is more fixable than the NBA.
I don't think so. Players more concerned about brain damage and not having freedom, No Fun League taking away excitement, the face of the league is 40 and they won't promote "other" :mjpls:stars as they should, young kids moving away from playing the sport. Long term the NFL is in trouble.

It really is. Easy fix get rid of Thursday night games. I don't like Brady think he's overrated as fukk, but who is being denied shine that actually deserves it?

You're right. It will kill tanking. It would also destroy organizations.

But also, if I'm over the cap I can't add a rookie?

Rookie spending would go like this, the max you can spend to sign rookies is $10 mil and the minimum is $3mil. So if a team has between $3-10 mil in cap space, that's how much they can spend to sign rookies, while a capped out team is allotted $3mil.

Before you say Josh Jackson would just go to LA or NY over small market teams, Josh might be harming his future earnings coming off the bench in LA/NY as opposed to starting Day 1 in Phoenix.

So you wanna get rid of a rookie wage scale but have a rookie wage scale. Ok.

Francesa's right, the league is in crisis!

Players are dying! They're going home and killing themselves, and sometimes they go out and kill other people because of the brutality of the sport. Teddy Roosevelt even suggested banning it. It's only a matter of time before the league shuts down.

Oh wait, that's the NFL. What the fukk is Mike talking about :dead:

The only change I would make to the NBA season is get rid of eastern and western conference and divisions.

Everyone plays each other close to an even amount of games.

You cant get rid of conferences because of time zones, impossible to play a balanced schedule across the league.

5 rookies would eat.

And I'm not sure any team likes the idea of paying big money for a raw rookie, develop them, watch them get better and then leave your team once that deal is up. That sounds like a minor league team to me
