I'm looking at the WO route right now because - same thing, I just want to train people

NCOs get done so dirty its straight comical. Just a few months ago I helped this girl move, took her to the hospital, and legit helped her get back on her feet and happy with life

what do my peers do? the same people i helped out? they said i was fukking her my own soldier

you can't help people as a peer. probably the first thing i learned after getting promoted.

That right there is why i had a 2 min rule .....


if your a female you stand parade rest arm's length you have 1 min or so to say what you have to say


same thing if you walk up to my truck if I'm in there no rides nothing like that



stay away from me all texts are straight and to the point

I was really thinking about putting in the warrant officer packet than i got held up on the physical part...I have a couple of health issues that they found during the screening that could potentially cause me to either be medboarded or get a permanent profile...And that is a career ender for me...So I don't even know what to do i haven't went to any of the appointments that the surgeon put in because I don't want to deal with the potential of literally losing my whole career...Because ain't nobody accepting no damn MSGs reclassifying.

shyt doesn't make any sense...One of the best NCO's I've ever worked with is a 92F Fueler and the dude can't make it past SSG....The dude has college, PT score over 270, awards, and a ton of deployments but never makes it....Watch it be some bullshyt like he was never a recruiter or instructor or probably the board panel just doesn't like his DA Photo.

Yes i was a 92F its insane i did everything but cheat .....one of my homeboys was stuck as SGT for years then one day i asked him what are his points he said 360 he was a engineer




I said I "found a way" to get his courses done and helped him study for the board and he made staff in 2 months and he had the nerve to say "when I get pinned I don't have to go parade rest when he sees me"

shyt is crazy thankfully i learned how to protect myself because of my time at fort hood

i had all my shyt documented and my command was fully aware that i was even considering kicking her out or getting that command referred evaluation aka kiss of death.

its just wild how petty people will get over nothing. i never got an award for anything in all my time in - then the first one i get (an aam) i see the SALTIEST faces in formation from the same people that used to ask me to kick it at their place for drinks

i'm probably gonna go warrant after i get this knee surgery next year so i never have to fukk with anyone again i need to be that "did you send me an email first? no? then i don't have time to talk about it " guy just for my own sanity. i really do get out of bed thinking about ways to help people, but clearly that's how you get fukked up out here after a certain point

also you oldheads would know better than anyone, but the amount of mentorship available for black men in the military is fukking trash and it appauling

after e-5, don't even expect to get the same help your peers do again.

Nuke pipeline got the highest attrition rate in the Navy, wild suicide rate and cats leave from there with a lot of problems.

Breh I feel you on that. My entire enlistment was me dealing with rumors of me fukking someone in my flight if we had a conversation for longer that 5 mins
