ehhhh there's a lot of right and a lot of wrong up in here.

AF basic may as well be summer camp and they all know it.

Army - you're gonna wish someone would just punch you in the stomach instead of all the dumb shyt that's gonna be thrown your way.
Marines - you're gonna need a real workout plan because you're gonna get broke off. Everyone is infantry in the marines, no matter what your job description is.
Coast Guard - :sadcam:. don't sleep. this is the hardest of all the branches by far. not only will you wait years to get in, but you'll probably fail out regardless :russ:
Navy - i ain't about that 200 men at sea life:beli:

You can get cussed at. You might get exposed by people realer than you, trainees and instructors alike. I thought I was the shyt in my basic til my whole platoon found out that the guy sleeping across from me was one of the first responders during 9/11 (low key :mjpls:) and this one BAD puerto rican drill sergeant...

the ass was preposterous brehs

turns out she had some MEAN burns on her legs from the waste down from being stuck in rocketed vehicle during OEF. She hated chump females with a passion and had our girls workin round the clock :salute:

But two things really. Make sure your knees can take some heavy, extended running and rucking/backpacking. You'll be doing it a lot. All you heavy people... you will probably die. :demonic:

But most importantly - Never be put in a leadership position ever. Avoid responsibility like Zoe Saldana avoids Black men. Be invisible like Peyton in the Super Bowl. Quiet like a Big Sean album release party. When you bring attention to yourself, you become a target. You become a target, you get remembered. You get remembered, people wake up thinking about you - and fukkin with you becomes their only reason to wake up in the morning. Do not be that guy.

*also don't fall in love with some basic thot:childplease:

Navy won't clown you if you can't swim, you're just going to have to deal with more bullshyt. Like running to and from the pool twice a day... And swimming in the nasty ass water, a long with doing the IT'ing, marching, and regular runs.

But joining Navy and not being able to swim is dumb as fukk

i heard nowadays cats get some kind of card and if they feel that the Training Instructor is goin to hard they can whip that bytch out and they immediatley gotta fall back :wow:
:dahell::dahell: The Air Force done got softer?!

I remember when I went in the Scariest T. I . Was. The lil Blonde white ladies

Them bishes would walk around and you'd be like:heh: Them lil hoes ain't doing shyt

They'd catch u laughing and run up on u and it was on:demonic:

You'd have the :sadcam: After they'd chew u out

Are you guys really the strongest military in the world then?:deadmanny: We're fukked if China and Russia invades.
nah... We are the strongest military still. Military is trying to change it's "image". I kinda expected the old military where if you had beef with someone above rank or whatever, you two could square it out and wouldn't no one say shyt. Now, they'll kick you out for ANYTHING... It's like high school or worse.

I remember in bootcamp, we were marching and this dude kept stepping on the back of my boots. Like he couldn't get in rythym for shyt (biggest pet peeve). It felt like he was doing it on purpose, so I turned around in mid march, pushed the fukk out of him and said you step on my shyt again I'm gonna fukk you up. It was right in front of the RDC/Drill sgt. I turned around like nothing happened and they didn't say shyt to me.

I wanna be in tip top soldier shape. :takedat:

What workout routines they got yall doing outchea?

Well I can pretty much tell you this...Calistenics and cardio endurance is about all you'll need to make it thru basic.

I've been doing this 13 years now...I'd honestly say if you got into crossfit with a little endurance training you'll be good to go....physical fitness is part of being in the military but not the whole thing.

Military fitness isn't the best to follow.

Bootcamp was easy if you came in shape. Like a football camp except physically easier and gayer

Hardest part was staying awake and taking shyt from people you knew couldn't hold your dikk in real life (minus spec-ops)

But that's just my experience. Workouts usually consists of running, running, and more running:camby:

Pretty much this. I was actually surprised at how easy it turned out after the first two weeks....

Hell
I just left uscg boot camp :whew:

Y'all can crack jokes but we had both prior service army and Air Force in there they both said this was harder than their bootcamp

Yeah you'd have to do push ups and shyt but the Worst shyt was sniper position. You had to hold your fake m-16 up, and aim down the sights sometimes for like 45 minutes. That shyt absolutely killed my lower back I hated that shyt

:yeshrug: coast guard basic training isn't harder than Army basic...And I'm almost positive that the Soldier had to have gone Jackson....And the Airman was also full of shyt.

But all basics seem hard when you are going thru them...it's the hindsight that will have you realize it wasn't that hard.

I went thru both AF and Army basics and judging by this thread shyts changed...I know army basic has changed I'm getting privates from AIT who can't pass a pt test.
