She sounds like she's embarrassed by the decisions she made that night. This is why allegations are just allegations until they're actually proven. I believe the subsequent train was rape, but I don't believe the initial encounter was.
It's her word against theirs, so it will come down to what some people believe. The believability of her story is the crux of the case.

I think as a general rule, what should happen is you gather all the verifiable facts that you can and go from there. People will have contradictions in moments like this. It's just the nature of the beast. I don't think forgetting some details means you were lying. I deny rape culture don't exist and all people that think it does are stupid. There is no "culture" speaking about America where people are like rape folks that's what's up. Nobody cosigning anywhere. You might hear/see some shyt online but where are you cats at where rape is cool, promoted, hyped up as some shyt that men should be doing on any mainstream level? That's why when people say "rape culture" they sound like straight up programmed sheep.
