eat a small meal prior to training, take a protein shake afterward
have a large dinner on break at the job
you wanna cut weight, make manageable changes and cut cals

feels so good. its funny too because this last week and a half or so i been down on myself cuz the weight wasnt coming off as quick as before, but i pushed through brehs. only 18.5 pounds to go

140 to 145 breh, then start bulking from there. ive been lifting for years and have a good foundation so i wont look like a string bean, its just about time that i get rid of all the unnecessary fat.
