Trying to cut some weight, but on days i go to BJJ class...my stomach is like :to: every hour almost.

Any tips? :troll:

eat a small meal prior to training, take a protein shake afterward

Nah i feel you. Usually in the morning, ill eat something like an english muffin with peanut butter, or just drink my xtend throught class. Eat something directly after or protein. I think i just gotta find some lower cal snacks to keep me from goin crazy the rest of the day.

Another good week with a loss in the range that it should be. This week is going to be tough because I have crazy work responsibilities. I might not be able to lift this week but I will get in the cardio.

i just weighed myself, so the end of the month review looks like this. went from 170 to 158.5 :ahh: feels so good. its funny too because this last week and a half or so i been down on myself cuz the weight wasnt coming off as quick as before, but i pushed through brehs. only 18.5 pounds to go

140 to 145 breh, then start bulking from there. ive been lifting for years and have a good foundation so i wont look like a string bean, its just about time that i get rid of all the unnecessary fat.
