A Few Days Ago I Was Going Thru These Old Pics And I Seen This One Of Me With A Michigan Hat, The Hat Happened To Be Right In Front Of Me As Im Looking At The Pic So I Decided To Snap A Comparison Pic

@K-Deini does your appetite decrease during the week so by the time your carb loading day comes it is actually a challenge to get that much carbs in?

I'm lowkey excited bout starting this but also a little bit :whoo:

im not starving by thursday, actually going to the gym now and loading up after :lawd: but i also have been using an intermittent fasting approach to this diet. i pretty much only eat between 6pm-12am. now i can do this because i dont have anything to do, school is done til september. so if your up from 8am-10pm i can see that approach being tough for you. but if you can pull it off, try to do that because i dont feel the hunger urges as i did two weeks ago. my body is used to eating at a certain time and its pretty easy actually to eat at 1200 calories.

throughout my load im never really full as i usually would be if i were to overeat. its sort of like my stomach is comfortable. he just had 4 raisin bagels, he could have more and he wouldnt mind or he could eat 2 hours from now be ok with that too. :obama:

your body will get used to it. my advice would be just suck it up the first week, because those first few days sucked. along with those workouts and light eating, you'll find yourself saying ":mindblown: what was i thinking doing this?" but after your carb load youll be "that wasnt so bad :smugdraper:"

2 weeks in and i feel and look better already, just stick with it. youll thank yourself for doing so. also builds some mental toughness not to just give in when its gets tough. i wish you well sir and if you have any questions, dont hesitate to ask.

Has anyone used Cellucor D4 fat burner before? Any bad side effects or anything?

I'm 6'3 206 (cut from 307) but trying to get rid of excess fat and what not. My cacc friend told me a while back that he did hydroxycut and dude at one point lost feeling in his right arm :scusthov:

but yeah dont put too much stock in fat burners. even stuff like EC stack. At the end of the day you gotta just reduce calories/up protein/keep lifting

the lower you get the more you need to up protein/lift and keep a more moderate deficit

Damn. I mean if I ball park I probably eat 2000 calories a day maybe even less and 5-6 times a day (meals and snacks) :leon:

But yeah the overall goal is to keep my size now but cut the fat. :to:

Read this whole thread again (over 2 days)... I understand the 20/1 now.

My biggest fukk ups really is always the workouts... what to do when Im in the gym. I spoke of this before in a previous thread.

I looked at the 5x5 PDF, and the bodybuilding.com link on finding exercises. BUT reality is, @MMSex you need to create a straight forward guide to the gym. shyt be overwhelming when you go inside. I know you said skip cardio so Im cool with that, them shyts be making you look feminine anyway. OK so machines are left, and the freeweights/cables. The regular big gym dudes be in that section, so I don't want to enter the pit and waste time.

I can control the diet part ... I really hate eating as it is, I hate food, hate cooking. I just eat what my wife makes... and basically if I do the shake breakfast, 20/1 lunch, 20/1 midday and eat a small dinner (whatever she makes) Im good. Inputted my age, height weight in calc, and Im sure I can stay in that range.

I used to be a superskinny until college... Anyway will try this again.

Was 6'2 140 in college
Then up to 265 (1st marriage)
Dropped to 210 (after divorce and was dating scene)
Now Im 235 (married again, and this shyt has to stop rising)

I feel bad not eating what wifey makes.... :manny: and I think I over eat cuz Im the man of the house. My goal is back down to 210 or less, and just muscle toned.

Will report in monthly. BUT if you have any youtube channels showing proper form and gym routines I need that.

20/1 is a maximum

you want to be lower than that if possible(like 12/1 or 14/1)

lifting still is on you. this guide originally was designed for obese. Lifting is a different animal. You have to cut the excuses of not entering the "pit" and just enter it. Noone is gonna bite you.

embrace the barbell and you wont regret it.

i purposefully dont recommend a routine in the guide due to the fact many people dont have full access to it, and frankly many routines DO work there isnt really a magic routine. The important thing is lifting as is, and lifting to GROW as in going hard and progressively pushing more weight.

I have routines in the Gym Directory too.

as far as your wife cooking. she'll appreciate the new you more than you appreciating her cooking i assure you. :demonic:

What type of exercises did you do in the gym?

Arms - Barbell Curls, 21s, then free weights and machines
(Did this last wed,thurs and fri) since CT Fletcher said do arms every day, and I was scoping out the new gym I joined.

Then Sat my arms was like :comeon::to::whoa: so I did cardio on Saturday. Rested on Sun.

Yesterday I went in and hit the leg machines row, just did em all till failure. I don't rep count (CT videos), just do a weight I can manage, till sore, then rest, increase weight and do again.

My legs feel like jelly today
