Read this whole thread again (over 2 days)... I understand the 20/1 now.
My biggest fukk ups really is always the workouts... what to do when Im in the gym. I spoke of this before in a previous thread.
I looked at the 5x5 PDF, and the bodybuilding.com link on finding exercises. BUT reality is, @
MMSex you need to create a straight forward guide to the gym. shyt be overwhelming when you go inside. I know you said skip cardio so Im cool with that, them shyts be making you look feminine anyway. OK so machines are left, and the freeweights/cables. The regular big gym dudes be in that section, so I don't want to enter the pit and waste time.
I can control the diet part ... I really hate eating as it is, I hate food, hate cooking. I just eat what my wife makes... and basically if I do the shake breakfast, 20/1 lunch, 20/1 midday and eat a small dinner (whatever she makes) Im good. Inputted my age, height weight in calc, and Im sure I can stay in that range.
I used to be a superskinny until college... Anyway will try this again.
Was 6'2 140 in college
Then up to 265 (1st marriage)
Dropped to 210 (after divorce and was dating scene)
Now Im 235 (married again, and this shyt has to stop rising)
I feel bad not eating what wifey makes....

and I think I over eat cuz Im the man of the house. My goal is back down to 210 or less, and just muscle toned.
Will report in monthly. BUT if you have any youtube channels showing proper form and gym routines I need that.
