Scottie Drippin
Should Never Mention Me
Him being homosexual wasn't that much of a core issue though. He would have still been bullied because he was quiet, timid, weak, etc. How did they know ol dude was homosexual anyways? And spoiler alert!: Why did they make his friend bisexual? That shyt ain't make no sense. And the main character had only one sexual experience in his life, and it was with his bestfriend when they were teens.
Dude a handsome breh, built like a pro football player and got dough, I'm sure the ladies throwing the p*ssy at him. It was a good movie but some things ain't just make no sense and it felt incomplete than a muhfukka.
That's the point. Movie isn't all about him being gay, it's about finding yourself, and how impossible that can be whilst in poverty.
That kid never learned how to communicate or be around people his entire life. He had positive relationships with three people, and two (remy from HOC and Janelle monae) he barely spoke or opened to, and the other fukked him up rather than stand up for him. Add that to going into Juve and remaking himself when he moved, how was he ever going to have a personal relationship with someone?
And why does his friend not being bi not make any sense? Some people are gay, family. He was just much more well adjusted.
