she is pretty rude and its because no one put her in her place as a kid, no daddy, thats a dad's role to check his kids when they step out of line

sort of, and just really who she is. she was taught to behave that way through her mom but she could change. i think you should do what another font said and tell her what you like about her and what you dislike so it can be balanced also she won't feel attacked. if she cares about the relationship she will show more of the more positive traits after the talk.

Wanted to throw this, as I saw this a few weeks ago with some girl I know….Known her for 2 years, pretty close, she has ALWAYS complained about, and left multiple jobs within this time frame, a creepy boss, ineffective managers, badly structured staff, etc etc…and she's been in the same type of work this whole period, hasn't risen up at all. She starts with the complains again, asking me for advice. I tell when I was a kid, I was always into it with teachers, and always made is this 'them against me' martyr thing, but it was always just me…who had to show everyone he was smarter then them, until I realized I was a fukking immature idiot, and smartened up. I start with this analogy, and she just loses to 10 seconds in….I tell her you just have to right all the time, and tell everyone who's wrong, that they are wrong, and its fukking you all up. Stay quiet. Be strategic. But she gets sincerely angry and starts questioning my work ethic, and all sorts of laughable shyt, I was still laughing as I left….I genuinely feel bad though, because she's one of those stubborn people, that won't get it, and won't listen, until it's too late.
