Point of college classes like this is to challenge the professor in a grown debate...they'll throw strawman arguments like this to see if you're just coasting in the class or if you can use critical thinking skills to bring facts and rebut it.
She's not gonna dock points just for using the abilities learned to give a different perspective...as long as the reply is given in a research driven manner, she might even bump your grade up! I've had to do that quite a few times to a professor when he was dropping some dumb, outdated hot takes, and he was like the whole way.
Also, saying "This bytch control my grade" is not a good excuse when y'all are two adults and it's about the subject matter and not about some conduct issue.

I had a presentation essentially giving a PDB (Presidential Daily Brief) to summarize what a PDB it’s something intelligence agents do where they brief the POTUS of potential domestic and international security threats

I presented first and my topic (students had autonomy to choose their own topics) I chose the Jacksonville Mass Shooting that happened two weeks ago

My presentation went well, even people told me after class they thought I had the best presentation after class

But I could definitely tell my professor wasn’t fukkin wit lol, after all the presentations was finished she said she wanted to talk about some of the topics we picked

did you cite any sources? if you are going to go into law there's never going to be any document you read or presentation spoken that doesn't cite a source to back it up. do that next time if you didn't (idk if those slides are it but i don't see one there). that way they are arguing with your source and not you.

Next time confront her before or after class and try to have a little discussion with her on why she thinks that way, and from there you'll know who you are dealing with but, with that said, she's 100% WRONG and INCORRECT. Any group or organization that uses violence and symbolic (flags, images, etc) intimidation as a means to harass and suppress a specific group is a domestic threat/terrorism, Neo-Nazis, Far-Right groups, KKK, etc all fall into that category and this is not even debatable as the SPLC has the aforementioned groups, movements, and such listed as domestic terrorists.
