The whites were having a "block party" in a neighborhood with a lot of elderly black people who called the guy recording complaining that they blocked the street without permits and he went and argued with them and called cops.

He handled it badly and it wasn't cool that he was calling that woman all types of bytches and hoes (yeah I know she white and gentrifying but I got a mother and she didnt insult him so thats not cool) but aside from that and yelling at a woman/using profanity he had a point

I think he was angry at her arrogance over the fact of them having the block party.

folks used to do it in our neighborhood growing up...block off both ends of the streets with parked cars so we could have a block party...didn’t have permits either...sometimes it’d be hours before the police came and made folks move their cars...we even had an old police barricade lol...but ya it allowed the kids to have fun and play in the street without fear of traffic...the BIG difference tho is we lived in that neighborhood/community for years...that chic seem like she ain’t even live there that long and had zero standing in the neighborhood/community which is why folks from that same neighborhood called dude and complained...it appears that only a small group of them decided to do it...when we had block parties in our neighborhood, the whole neighborhood was involved/a part of it
