Serendipitous, always move with confidence
You may not see me sweat, but trust, yo, I work hard for this
Grew up around heroin addicts before that crack shyt
Crack was light compared to what the smack did
Y'all played with marbles
We played with dope fiend needles we found
Injected worms when the rain brought 'em up from the ground:wow:
It's nothin' changing
Some of my men, we go back like daylight savings
My third childhood, that third course, that's the main dish
Hope we get dessert, that's the cherry on top
Peaceful Sundays, but we still carry the Glocks registered
If you made it this far, then it's all good
It makes me proud, I love that we going out hood
:wow: :mjcry: I
swear this why he stands above the rest imo. He's just different the visuals he gives you especially if you from that type of shyt :wow:

It's early but I'd say for Nas this decade:

1. King's Disease III
2. Magic
3. King's Disease II
4. Magic 3
5. Magic 2
6. Light-Years
7. King's Disease

My story, Your Story sounds like a posthumous collab. The back and forth doesn’t sound natural.

They definitely weren’t in the studio together recording, which is a shame because it’s a fire track, would be 5/5 if they cleaned it up.

Havoc & Prodigy’s back and forth sounded seamless. :mindblown:

So we gotta do the obvious Coli thing and compare this to other recent veteran rapper-producer albums right

Got to put the LL album comfortably on top but that was special. To me the best hip hop album the last couple years, maybe a top 3 LL album and he hadn't rapped at that level in a long time. And Tip production was incredible the way it was vintage but still fresh and unexpected.

Would put this about the same level as the Common-Pete album at this point. That album was dope, had a good energy to it and more crowd pleasing production choices but was kinda safe and predictable. This one more ambitious lyrically and conceptually, weirder and not as accessible musically but the top tracks are more interesting.

We won't get into the Snoop-Dre one :francis:
