What happens in this circumstance? Wait until the kid is 18 and then sign? I also heard that LOI's need a parent/guardian signature until the kid is 21, but that has to be false.

Even when UGA was competing they were still 3rd or 4th behind Bama, LSU & UF. I remember one year they were #2 in the nation at one point and ended up playing us in the Capital One Bowl.
