Fam, this is leaking from Silver's office, not internet rumours. Of course, Gayle can refuse to sell, but if I were a fan, I would want the league to support our existence...
Isn't she like 100 years old ? Just move them sorry ass pelicans to Ypsilanti and finally get emoni bates to be an NBA starter :troll:

Them owners aint gonna want to relocate to anything other than a high value city... a location where the evaluation of the team and stadium will explode jus cause of the location

That definitely wont be no damn St Louis or Louisville. Unlikely for kansas city too

Generally speaking, IMO, the South is the worst region for basketball, especially at a pro level. The culture of basketball is lacking in those areas, as Southerners are not really big basketball fans:yeshrug: .

Collegiate basketball might be different, due to the whole school traditions, etc, but when it comes to pro basketball it is much better overall in the East, West, and maybe the Midwest.

If we're not considering Texas the South, then the only consistent winner there has ever been in the South for an extended time was the Heat, and Miami is its own world. Hawks, Wizards, Hornets, Pelicans, Magic, Grizzlies.... none of these teams have ever won consistently enough to say that the people there aren't or wouldn't be fans :manny:

Welcome the Grizzlies to St. Louis like they were supposed to do originally when they moved from Vancouver. :blessed:

STL/KC/Louisville gets pelicans

Unless Jayson Tatum somehow gets massive sway in NBA decisions, there sadly won't be an NBA team in St. Louis (they'd more likely go to Kansas City). KC has a newer NBA-ready arena ready to go. STL isn't on the NBA's radar for several reasons.
