Good thing ive studied Hydrology 75% of our water comes from northern California Sierra Nevada. While yes, 80% of the water demand comes from southern SoCal and they rely heavy on the Colorado River. That means shyt because so do 6 other states. We are no longer in a drought and we have the technology now that can turn salt water into drinking water. Water would be the least of concerns.
