Someone brought it up before in the past, but it would be cool if the NBAtv app was better. In a perfect world, it’d be a cheap add on to Netflix or YouTube. Or it’d even have its own shyt developed in that kinda fashion. I should be able to watch live games as well as watch old games all within the app. Not sure if League Pass has that feature but shyt like that would help out a lot especially if it’s affordable.

Semi-related, I wish Netflix would hop in and purchase the rights to at least a game or two a week. It would be a win-win

This just tells me the NBA is looking to get $2.8 billion per year from Disney (ESPN/ABC) and $2.4 billion per year from WarnerMedia's Turner Sports (TNT, NBATV) each. That's double what they're paying now.

That means, that's $5.2 billion just from Disney and Turner Sports.

So, any combination of FOX, CBS, NBC, Amazon Prime, etc... would get the NBA another $2 to $3 billion? Can't see it with NBC, FOX and CBS putting massive $$$ out for the NFL.
