I scramble 4 with cream and cheese, get 6 strips of turkey bacon, a pot of grits, and 3 sausage patties and :eat:.

Easy I throw salsa or sometimes just hot sauce on that bytch. Don’t knock it until you try it though. It’s very filling.

Mannnn, once you really figure out how to get the most protein in a day you are NEVER hungry! :mjlit:

I cut back the carbs and started drinking a gallon of water a day & eating shyt like Greek Yogurt & shakes with PEscience protein powder and it's been game changing :blessed:

It might be obvious to most but this shyt is :wow:

gained 10 pounds from strength training and too much water :damn: :mjcry:

I know its normal but its startling to see that jump in weight after all this progress

just finished a 45 minute run and im soaked (pause), my performance feels at an all time peak still eating one meal a day :lift:
AI don't get the logistics of eating one meal a day. To get the proper number of calories in a single meal you'd either have to stuff yourself or eat really shytty foods.

Depends on the goal. You can “maintain” on very moderate protein and carbs can be muscle sparing

Officially down 50 pounds :mjcry: :wow: :blessed: im celebrating with some whiskey right now. 50 pounds in 5 months brehs, ive never been so consistant.

The only time i can remember is when i went jogging 10 miles in Manhattan for a whole summer in 2008, even then it wasnt as consistant as now

Ive been working out 6 days a week, doing one meal a day which im completely used to right now. Im just happy i hit my goal.
From here i will work on losing a bit more pounds while strength training to get an athletes body, the most important thing now is to maintain.
