Dog its a used 2022 4Runner for 41K sticker that u know they aint negotiated, and they on a 60+ month plan so i know that interest aint for the faint of heart :heh:

I mean, you didn't mention all of that from the start :dead:

But seems like there wasn't a down payment so the math checks out. Used cars are still really expensive.

You can't help them they have to learn on their own...:francis: people using their credit scores and financing bmw's and hellcats. they can't be helped bruh...
I do wonder about people that do this. It's not so much pocket watching as it is, how much are you sacrificing other things to drive that car? I currently drive a 2025 Chevrolet Trailblazer. I'm not a car person but I'll spend a bit. When I see Benzes, BMWs, Audis, etc and then I see the person driving it, it makes me wonder about how they prioritize their finances. I make clear over 6 figures. The average person does not. I'm always reminded of the time when I was younger and this former associate of mine went and got a Lexus. However, at his apartment, the nikka had furniture from Big Lots and Styrofoam plates and cups.

Everybody is free to what they want to do with their money but so many people do the wrong thing with their money. Purchasing wants are cool when you can sustain it. Doing it to maintain a perceived lifestyle is utterly stupid.

I get what u mean, i wonder too as someone with alot of liquid cash on hand how these people be affording these cars when even I would struggle with the costs of owning one of those German luxury cars. The maintenance alone makes me :picard:

While Lexus is a luxury vehicle, it’s way more affordable to buy and own one of their flagship models for way less than what the German or European equivalents would be. While also being more reliable

agreed these people be paying out the ass in car notes insurance and maintenance on top of that. the crazy thing is like they dont understand all that flossing trying to drive high priced cars will hit them financially sooner or later... people laugh at me for wanting to buy a V6 charger BUT i'll be able to pay it off and if the car insurance is low i'll be ok..I'm more worried about repairs and the insurance... people do not realize all these insurance companies are killing us these days...:picard:
