exp share is it makes the game too easy.. I wish I could turn it off

I like the grind of leveling up each pokemon by themselves I'm old school

Pokemon will always be easy because the target audience is little kids. It's essentially an entry level RPG. It would be nice if they did include a hard mode for the adults
