Never have and never will be sold on Middleton. He’s one of those players that look good during the regular season but when it’s playoff time everyone realizes how limited he is offensively and how much he relies on the gravity Giannis creates.

Bucks are a lot like the Cavs during Bron’s first run. Elite regular season team but no worthy second option when it’s playoff time
Middleton was as good as Giannis in the playoffs 2 years ago especially in game 7.

A lot of people are blaming Giannis’ team (which is valid, full of bums) but it’s also hard to not blame Giannis himself

he has no go to moves during Crunch time, no jumper... it’s hard for that kind of player to win championships

Not sure what bud can do when his best player has no offensive skillset other than running through people in transition and getting putbacks like Clint Capela.

He can’t shoot
He has no post game
No 1 on 1 game
No handle

Hard to build a team around a player like that :ld:

even Shaq had a ton of finesse in the post.
He’s not the problem...

I still think the Bucks bounce back and probably win this series but I've always thought the Bucks roster was meh outside of Giannis.

I really like Middleton's game but not as a second option.

Budenholzer is not a great in game adjustment coach either. All that spells is a recipe for them getting beat in the next round or conference finals.

SMF and LAX to VA and NC
LeBron at 22 showed more skill than Giannis at 25 couldn’t even imagine :francis:

Haters and Anti's with an agenda will continue to say Giannis plays like LeBron, rather than he tries to but is a lesser version of LeBron...

Giannis not taking dudes off the dribble, crossing dudes, hitting the 3, there's a number of things he doesn't do as well as LeBron at the same age...

Giannis wasn't the problem. Lopez was. How does this guy get 30 minutes while his matchup drains 5s and drops 35/13 on his ass while he manages to put up only 5 and 4 on 2/9?
