I wasn't meant to be loaded. I asked specifically about public perception because that is what the article is about and that is what the supposed outrage is about. If anything the question was flawed in that I gave people the simple phrase "domestic violence is domestic violence" which probably clicked off the "wrong is wrong" in their head instead of causing them to think critically about distinguishing. I'm still shocked at this poll though, I made it anonymous on purpose to see where people REALLY stood. The coli really is the home of the IT cert having, hard on hoes clique.
But what's disturbing to me is how poorly read a lot of people are.

@mrken12 literally said that (a) they had to skim and article that small and (b) that one of the best cultural racial commentators today must have some ulterior motive in mentioning famous black people so they won't even read the substance of what he's saying. It's just some childish, "these are our heroes and we don't want you saying their names in a piece involving Hope Solo and domestic violence so we're going to ignore you."
