Gucci has had more influence than Kanye West...Dont believe me? Pull up any underground unsigned YouTube video from the past 10 years..

And there are examples of Kanye trying to sound like Gucci, but none of Gucci trying to sound like Ye..

Gucci has more influence than Kanye in his own City...

Mainstream> underground and Ye definitely has more influence in the mainstream which goes farther than just his rapping. His fashion, his production, etc.

But I could pull up Thug and Keef quotes saying Tune is THE influence.

And you can hear Tune in Wap and Futures vocals much easier than you can Wop.
if i remember correctly i could do the same with keef, fetty's name tells you how much of a stan of gucci he is without even looking up interviews lol

That's true, but is it any good influence if you influenced some of among the weakest rappers ever? :ld:
IMO yes, shid i would be flattered if someone got hot and supported their family off of some of my techniques and flows :manny:

Gucci's fashion and production are far more influential than Kanye...

All Day is Kanye's attempt at following the Gucci blueprint..CD, LR era Ye would have never made that song..

More Black males from urban areas have dressed like Gucci the past 10 years than Kanye.. Don't let college campuses and trendy dance clubs fool you..You go to inner city Atlanta, Baltimore, D.C., Cali and nobody is wearing that sh1t GQ praises Ye for..

I wonder how many regular Black folks some of yall are in contact with on a daily basis sometimes..

Its a reason Keef's mixtape covers look how they do :sas2:

I don't really hear the brick talk on his songs, his new production don't sound like trap but I do hear the drugged out auto tune :sas2:

Nah, their careers literally last only 10 months. If It was Rakim that birthed the likes of Nas, Hov, Big, then it would be different. If I birthed a watered down rap game where cats can't last a full calender year before going back to being broke, then that is nothing to be proud about.

It's also a reason he took on the nickname "Sosa Chamberlin" and used to sound like this...

Dude is a an avid Gucci stan along with Migos, Fetty Wap, Peewee Longway and a bulk of other new generation street rappers.

I didn't say Keef wasn't a Wop fan, only that he is a bigger Wayne fan. And anyone you name thats a fan of Gucci is going to be a fan of Wayne. We grew up on The Carter well before Gucci had his run.

It seems crass to blame him for these artists' inability to manage their careers.

The fact the you are using fakkit gay azz New Black Lennox Mall as an example lets me know where you're coming from..

For every Lennox there are 10 South Dekalb Malls.. Gucci was rockin Balmain and Adidas way before Kanye btw..
