dude you emotional about Nas, and thats hoe ass shyt. Nas is a GOAT, but he had a carefully guided career. meaning if his management told him not to get on a song he didnt do it. u dont know shyt about the music industry. Nas management made sure he always did what was beneficial to his career, if they felt it was a detriment, they didnt fukk with it. thats why the nikka basically walked away from AZ.
why the fukk you think Lil Fame and B.I.G. was homeboys but only appeared on one song together...and its not confirmed they were even in the stu together when it was recorded? you dont know how the shyt works doggie. you cant always do a song with a nikka just cuz u know him. you cant hop on songs with nikkas if management is against it either. There was an interview from around the time that Noreaga and Nas were feuding where someone from QB said that Tragedy didnt mess with Nas because the only time Nas looked out for the homies was when it was time to beef or he could make money off them.

I said Trag had a style similar but harder plus was underground as was CNN. CNN didnt even go gold at that time, but Mobb and AZ had. mega was known before Nas was, although relatively unknown due to going up north.
as a matter of fact, CNN was never a big selling group. Nore as a solo artist was more successful than the group.
