Now 2 years later...Your opinion on GTA 5

by far the best GTA and one of the best games Ive ever played

just wish the ending was better, and wasn't multiple choice. And the choices that were there, were weak


never gave a shyt about online, but the fact that there STILL isnt a story dlc is terrible

No I was expecting San Andreas 2013 with but they left too many things out

The gameplay was good, expected more out of the fighting and shooting mechanics

Opinion on GTA online?

Needed more players and more things to do like betting and gambling. Was too hard to make decent money without cheating

Things you would have changed about the game if you had a role in making it?

I would have made it so you can interact more with pedestrians, make friends with them, more enterable buildings, house creator, more cities, ability to use gym, learning a martial art, hunting, more jobs, like police, fishing ect

Predictions for GTA 6?

Miami and it will be several notches above whatever any other open world game that comes out in the next 2 years has going on. It will blow GTA V out of the water

I'd give it a 9/10. Best story of a gta game to me besides San andreas. Loved switching between characters and the heists.

Solid 9/10 copped day 1 and have played it regularly up until the last couple months
Theres a few missed opportunities - no casino or story mode dlc yet limited interiors...
And gameplay annoyances - those servers and heist fiasco...

That stop it from being perfect

Predictions for GTA 6? They'll combine all the past GTA locations for one big ass game.

Classic but the less ambitious story was a big detriment IMO. SA, VC, 3, even 4 all had more fleshed out emotional redemption plots with grander endings. In that aspect, GTA 5 was admittedly tame in comparison. The story felt more like a long TV episode than a movie Where was the big firetruck chase and final confrontation with the enemy weak and crawling like in SA? Where was the chase of the mob boss, the one who shot down your brother at his wedding, around Liberty Island at sunset? Or the helicopter fight with the hoe who screwed you over and landed you in jail? There wasn't even a lead up to the final choice of killing Trevor or Mike that made sense, especially when there's a third choice with zero backlash if you pick it. Come on now the story was like an afterschool special in comparison to SA's one man vs. the world shyt.

10/10 easily.
The plot was ok, but the story mode was by far the most fun I've had in the GTA series. All of the missions were different and fun to play. Not to mention the heists....switching between characters mid mission....let that sink in.

Online is insane also. It was horrible at first due to the connectivity issues, but the amount of stuff you can do with 29 other people is just pure insanity?

People in here nit picking just to nit pick.

copped on 360 and didn't finish it (I was off the 360 the next week when I copped the X1)

copped it a few weeks ago for X1 and so far only completed a few missions

the shooting and overall machanics of the characters piss me off the most

still gonna cop gta 6

Game is GOAT status to me. Although i would love a RDR reboot of some kind i lost so much productivity when it came out.
