True on getting involved. But, again - this is public information. She can fight her termination and file a suit against both. I pray she does. Because she didn't do anything wrong.
Especially, if her company doesn't have restricted Internet and a detailed compliance usage agreement. She has employee rights when it comes to work computers. And we don't know if she did this on company time -- she could have been on lunch, punched out for the day or just there after hours. And we don't know if she's a consultant or fully employed.
And for someone who constantly fronts like he loves Dr. Cress Welsing and Neely Fuller -- he has YET to show he understands and/or practices what they preach. He needs to keep their names out his mouth.
For someone talking about being "on code" -- and who does the same thing to others -- it's crazy how quick he cries foul when his realities are put on front street.
