I disagree, our ancestors didn't eat like shyt. That's a huge misconception especially about southern food. The industrial revolution was the one to fukk us over with eating habits. And with the invention and use of machinery hence processed food.

Our ancestors ate calorie rich food but they were laborers and usually worked all day. As such they burned all the calories off and rarely became truly fat.

The number one reason why my siblings and I are not obese is because my parents never bought junk food. We never had chips, soda, crackers, cakes, snakcks in the house. Only junk we had was juice and the occasional chinese take out. My parents didnt consciously do this, we just didnt have alot of money so my mom preferred home cooked meals over buying junk she thought was expensive. We had good home cooked meals daily. I went to a friends house and they have 2 kids, yall should have seen the way their pantry was stocked with junk food. And one of the kids is like 8 and shes already fat.
And when i try to talk to fat people they have a million excuses. One mofo even told me fruits make him sick:dahell:. Some people genuinely have a food addiction.

nikkas eat like shyt and are hard wired to eat like shyt. Most of our people originated from the south or come from parents or grand parents who originated from the south with terrible eating habits

I go over some of my link card connects cribs on the day their link hits and you'll see nothing but chips, candy, cakes, pop, frozen processed fries, chicken wings, crates of conola oil, etc... Like y'all get a thousand in link and spend that shyt right on garbage then wonder why there's nothing left for real food halfway through the month.
oh you sure can blame whites for this. you just said people from the south eat like crap. where do you think those AFRICANS got that from? You do realize most africans are not overweight. not even in the cities that are doing well. you know why? because their diet is not made up of a bunch of starches/carbs, nor a bunch of red meat. they eat a little meat, some veggies, and maybe a little carb and let that be that.

what we are eating in america is the scraps that were giving to us by the europeans. euros have a different diet then us. we are not the exact same on a DNA level. different foods do different things to different types of people. this is all facts.

if you start eating some other people's types of food and its the bottom of the barrel versions. of course it will make you sick, have you all swollen and fat.

black people are not designed to eat carbs like we do. thanks to the ...white man for introducing us to all that crap. and making sure we ate the worse stuff on earth. that stuck with us. in addition. the reason we're so broke as a group is due to white supremacy racism. broke people in most situations have a poor diet(even when they look thin, they are malnourished).

oh and lasty. dont let a skinny body fool you. white folks dont eat right either for the most part. what they will do(their women especially) is starve themselves. which isnt healthy either. eating 2 string beens, a piece of a carrot, and a sliver of fish is not enough to call it a meal. especially if you're 5'3+. you cant eat like a 5 year old, when you're 25. but they will do this to lose he weight or keep it off. it aint healthy either. what they do have on us is a higher quality of foods they eat and cook with. thats due to them having more money and resources. you do realize the hood grocery stores have worse fruits, worse veggie selections, and fatty meets in comparison to the white folk supermarkets. i know this for a fact because i grew up in the hood and didnt know better, until i moved out went to college in a white area. i was like OHHHHH this how yall doing us. wow.

The hood just got up on giving you a Turkey option when it usually was beef or pork at the semi fast food joints. the white areas been up on turkey like a decade or so prior. as usual black folks getting the scraps.

how many trader joes are in the hood? Not many if any. how many whole foods? not many if any. dont act like we wont shop there if they put it in our area. thats right white developers are racist too and they intentionally dont build up in the hood. and it cause they are afraid of the riots that happen once every 20 years. which they are fully insured for.

it was less fast food, and less processed foods for everyone. so this is why they were eating a bit healthier. the US started pumping all the foods with sugars. which is why there are so many folks that are under 50 running around as type 2 diabetics or pre-diabetics at like 12 years old.

you go to a white cafe for breakfast, they will hit you with 3 pancakes (CARB), some sausage, Eggs, and Home Fries(or chopped up potatoes).

Bruh you dont need 2 carbs. then they will hit you with the juice(another carb). thats 3. you already wrong.

you should only eat 2 cakes MAXIMUM, and thats assumig you're a young growing big dude. and say no to the other carbs. get you a glass of water and a side of fruit(sugar but natural sugar). and no you dont need toast with you pancakes. thats over kill on the carbs.

but thats all we know. cause thats how they taught us.

white folks love biscuits smothered in gravy. Super double carbs. with potatoes on the side.

There is some truth to the white supremacy aspects just like there is some truth to the personal responsibility aspect. Poor lower income people usually black people raising a family working 2 or 3 jobs to keep their family fed often do not have the time to prepare fresh home cooked meal for the family where the bad habits develop, on the other hand as an adult it is your responsibility to change and manage your eating habits.

There are A LOT of fat white people in this country. Probably more when you look at the total numbers. So idk what you're really talking about.

Fact is if you eat like shyt and don't exercise, you're gonna get fat regardless of race.
