They've already done the studies and related them to income levels. Middle class couples between the ages of 21 and 28 have the healthiest childrenExactly!!! This same study should be linked to income levels.
You can find fresh vegetables in any grocery store. You don't need to live on any special side of town for that. If people stopped buying all this over processed bullshyt you think they'd continue selling it. Healthy options are everywhere. Its up to you whether you choose to eat them or not.

I would go to walmart and slim people were the minorities. .

fukk black on black crime... police... institutional racismObesity Maps Put Racial Differences On Stark Display
Take a look at the latest obesity data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and you can see that the country's obesity epidemic is far from over.
Even in Colorado, the state with the lowest rate, 21.3 percent of its population is obese. Arkansas tops the list with 35.9 percent.
"It is the largest epidemic of a chronic disease that we've ever seen in human history," says Dr. Donald Lloyd-Jones, chair of the department of preventive medicine at the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine.
Click on the CDC's obesity prevalence maps and you'll see something even more startling — the disparity among different ethnic groups. It's not new that the obesity epidemic is hitting African-Americans the hardest, followed by Hispanics, but the maps highlight this worrying trend.
For African-Americans for example, there are 33 states with an obesity rate of at least 35 percent, whereas for white Americans only 1 state reports that rate. Nine states estimate the Hispanic obesity rate at 35 percent or higher.
"It is not about one group doing something wrong," says Lloyd-Jones, who was not involved in creating the CDC maps. "It is about the environment that we have built that sets people up to fail."
Race and ethnicity are often a surrogate for low socioeconomic status, he says.
"Our neighborhoods, workplaces and schools expose people, especially poor people, to less choices of healthy foods," Lloyd-Jones says. There are also fewer places outside to be safe and burn off calories.
This has huge implications for the health of individuals and for health costs in the future, because obesity causes significant downstream health problems like diabetes, heart disease and cancer.
The CDC created the maps using self-reported information from the 2014 Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS.)
I disagree, our ancestors didn't eat like shyt. That's a huge misconception especially about southern food. The industrial revolution was the one to fukk us over with eating habits. And with the invention and use of machinery hence processed food.
you can also get all the same health food at fukking walmartI can't find ONE fresh food health conscious store near the hood..... but I can walk to all of the businesses in the vicinity and get me a 6 pack of beer, some liqour, blunts of any flavor I can think of, some chips, debbie cakes, soda, and a fastfood combo meal

I know folks like to use spots like Aldi as an excuse, but I live in that muthafukka and see fruits, vegetables, and healthy food there. Hell they even got they own line of healthy alternatives to damn near everything in the store called Fit and Active.Aldis, Walmart, ultra, or whatever else local grocery store you fukkin clown.
You don't need to go to whole foods or trader joes and spend an absurd amount of money to eat and live healthy. Paying $3 for a hipster cac bell pepper that hasn't been scientifically proven by anyone to be any better than a 33 cent bell pepper makes no sense to anyone outside of hipsters and people with too much disposable income
shyts is beyond stupid and isn't relevant to the situation
if only fat people would do actual gymnastics instead of just mental onesThe number one reason why my siblings and I are not obese is because my parents never bought junk food. We never had chips, soda, crackers, cakes, snakcks in the house. Only junk we had was juice and the occasional chinese take out. My parents didnt consciously do this, we just didnt have alot of money so my mom preferred home cooked meals over buying junk she thought was expensive. We had good home cooked meals daily. I went to a friends house and they have 2 kids, yall should have seen the way their pantry was stocked with junk food. And one of the kids is like 8 and shes already fat.
And when i try to talk to fat people they have a million excuses. One mofo even told me fruits make him sick. Some people genuinely have a food addiction.
