If I upload music from my PC's hard drive to google play, and then delete from my hard drive, it won't delete from google play, right?

to google music you mean? no it doesnt delete it stays on google music, you can also later on if you want "re download" all your music

Something wrong with your set up homie...I just tested this out, got my googletv,my girls android, and my android streaming diff songs off one login at the same time....

Me and another one of my boys manage the account, over 10k songs on there currently, I do believe tho that they cap you at 20k songs tho..

only get the s3 if you willing to put a custom rom like cyanogen on it.
that way the expandable memory and removable battery actually blows the nexus 4 out of the water.

What phone do you have right now? A GS3 comes with 16gb built in + a 16gb sd card make 32gb.

The Nexus has 16gb total.
