The next Moto phone "Moto X+1" is rumored to come out very soon, I would at least wait for that before buying either of those phones.

Thats the phone im waiting on.

At this point I would choose the Moto X over the Nexus 5. Also, the Moto X is mad cheap due to Moto X+1 (or X2) coming out in like a month.
