How do you find the motivation to exercise during the week? My body is just so exhausted after work these days.
How are your vitamin D and iron levels?

Do you take a prenatal?

I take a rx chewable prenatal, rx vitamin D and OTC B complex. I am waiting for the results since I haven't been consistent.

Also I love vegetables..

In seriously considering going extremely low meat, or maybe just vegan.

The NYC Ballet Workout (full vids online somewhere) is an awesome low impact very relaxing work

-Today is the first day I've worked out in over a week and I didn't even make it all the way through the routine :snoop: and on top of that I've been eating like crap because I had no time to cook. Still lost a couple lbs so it's cool, I guess. Just gotta do better.

-I'm getting kinda swole tho :takedat: got muscles popping out of my arms and thighs that I didn't even know was there. @ThiefyPoo I'm coming for your crown, guhl.

Sidenote: I lost 40 lbs since January and my aunties had to do a double take when they saw me yesterday :wow: that gave me so much motivation. Gonna go crawl under a rock for a year and show up next thanksgiving bad as fukk :banderas: say I won't.

Did some zumba, a Tiffany Rothe workout & a Fitness Blender workout. Then I drank 6 beers to celebrate. :mjlol: :russ: :manny:

Last test I did my Vit D levels were okay, but my iron needs improvement, which isn't too shocking because it's been an ongoing issue.

I usually start my day by taking a 1-a-day, b-12, omega-3, cod-liver oil, iron, and calcium supplements. I've also been drinking green green smoothies (packed with kale and spinach) and I find that my energy level has increased. I do have my off days but it's not as drastic as before.

I also want to go on a more plant based diet, but it's something that I'm going to plan for after the holidays.

-I might be addicted to myfitnesspal. The amount of time I spend on there daily is ridiculous.

-Cut my carbs down. Don't know how to feel about this because I love bread and potatoes more than I love myself... but cotdamn it's working :wow: gonna have to stick to it for a little while.

-Got a heart rate monitor last month and it's love. I was overestimating the amount of calories I was burning :beli: not surprising. Now I can get a number in my head, do my scheduled workout and jumprope/hula hoop to burn the remaining cals off.

-Kinda want to get into yoga.

-Goal for the moment is to lose 10-15 lbs by the end of the year. Down 2 lbs sooo I'm thinking if I go hard enough that I'll lose the whole 15 :lupe: 2 lbs/week is doable.

-September/October were both traaaasssshhhhh. Barely worked out and ate somewhat terribly. Didn't put on more than like 3-4 lbs which is cool but we gon' just scratch those months from the record books.

dammit!!! the holidays are upon us and this is my sit around the crib eat and watch football stretch....i better hit the gym everyday now until next thursday 'cause i won't see that b***h again until the new year.

Me, myself and I
I haven't had chicken, pork or beef in a few weeks. Since then I have been eating more carbs. The scale is slowing creeping up. It's bad enough I've slacked on the cardio.
