How are your vitamin D and iron levels?How do you find the motivation to exercise during the week? My body is just so exhausted after work these days.
Yassssss!!!!! #ComeThru-Today is the first day I've worked out in over a week and I didn't even make it all the way through the routineand on top of that I've been eating like crap because I had no time to cook. Still lost a couple lbs so it's cool, I guess. Just gotta do better.

Sidenote: I lost 40 lbs since January and my aunties had to do a double take when they saw me yesterdaythat gave me so much motivation. Gonna go crawl under a rock for a year and show up next thanksgiving bad as fukk

Do you take a prenatal?
I take a rx chewable prenatal, rx vitamin D and OTC B complex. I am waiting for the results since I haven't been consistent.
Also I love vegetables..
In seriously considering going extremely low meat, or maybe just vegan.
