Has anyone here had any luck with cross fit? Some co workers just make started and are raving but I don't want to get jacked and lose my curves.

Doing a 2018 Miles in 2018 challenge, which is roughly 5.5 Miles a day. I thought it was only 5 Miles a day so I get it in yesterday only to realize I was short. I had to put in extra work today.

just started back at the gym. i went to a Pilates class and now i feel like someone literally beat my ass. i am soooo sore. i felt like a million bucks when i left though

I put a protocol together for my wife's friend.... diet, butt/thigh exercises, cardio.... someone remind me to post it later, it's a pretty good read

Once wifey gets clearance from the doctor she's gonna go back on the grind.... I will prob post some pics of her progress, I want to get into online coaching.

I’m scared to do boxing cause the gym I go to for zumba and my glute class dude don’t be playing but my Zumba instructor (my sister ) is really trying to get me in there. I’m sooo nervous tho
