Ive been hitting the gym pretty heavy the past two months and I've been eating better too. I've only lost 1 pound :mjcry:. It always makes me so discouraged. But I can say that I look smoother and tighter and I feel much better. I've gotten to the point where I enjoy going to the gym.

Sidenote: I just dropped $70 to get my hair done and it's going to be ruined in two days. That natural life :francis:

We should post our goals in here!!!

bread and sweets mostly

Like cookies and things like that? Have you tried baking your own? Making your own granola bars at home to satisfy your sweet tooth. You can control the sugar content.

As for bread, I don't deprive myself of it. I love bread. :yeshrug: Have you tried switching to whole grain/wheat? Using lettuce for wraps instead of flour tortillas? I love white rice and I love plantains. My culture has a very starch and carb heavy diet. I have to work my life around it because I refuse to cut them out. I was raised my entire life eating these things. I just workout harder to make up for it.

That would be cool! I'm currently following the March to June cutting/bulking thread in the Gym thread. I don't have weight goals but I do want to get tighter especially in my thigh and stomach area. Hoping I hit my goal in these 12 weeks :wow:

I'd also like to be able to do a half marathon by next year. I would try this year but I don't think I'll make it. I've been running twice a day and it's killer.

I also really like brittany renner's body. I wonder if it's necessary to do all that waist training and stuff? It just seems a bit excessive.

I haven't tried any of that.
