Yes, it's really good. Flour tortilla tastes really, really thick to me. Lettuce wraps are good for you and provide a nice crunch. You can buy corn tortillas too. I love those.

And girl, the internet has countless recipes for homemade bars. Instead of eating candy, make your own bars with coconut flakes, honey, raisins, almonds, dried fruit, whatever it is you like. Have one of those when you get a craving. Believe me, I went months without eating sweets once and when I started having it again, everything tasted too sugary for me. Now I've found a balance. :manny:

Unless it's ice cream. I have no chill when it comes to ice cream.

Y'all are posting fitness models.I tried to personally train a young woman and she did same thing,had pictures of body she wanted.Yet when it came time to work she did exact opposite.Ate wack foods and just became lazy :scusthov:
I mean I do fall off my diet from time to time but I work out everyday :ehh:

Would froyo (frozen yogurt) be a good sub for ice cream? :patrice: I cut diary out of my diet completely (besides the yogurt I add to my green smoothies) but that's because I'm lactose intolerant.

Frozen yogurt has just as much sugar as ice cream most times so no. Moderation friend, moderation

All week I've been eating sweet potatoes, salad, lentils and smoothies :sadbron:. It wasn't that bad actually. But today was my cheat day so I went to Portillos and got a hotdog, chill cheese fries and a slice of cake :whoo:.

I'm ashamed of myself :to:

All week I've been eating sweet potatoes, salad, lentils and smoothies :sadbron:. It wasn't that bad actually. But today was my cheat day so I went to Portillos and got a hotdog, chill cheese fries and a slice of cake :whoo:.

I'm ashamed of myself :to:
I had to cut out a cheat day, once I do I eat throughout the week then all of a sudden I say "fukk it". Although I just can't give up munchies (the chips) no matter how hard I try :damn:
